About the Founder
Jakub Szylak is a performance coach, educator, and advocate for intentional living. With over a decade of experience coaching high-performing professionals, Jakub built Signature Strength to offer more than just training—it’s a fully personalized wellness experience for those who want to optimize their health span and live with purpose.
As a former Equinox Coach X (a distinction reserved for their top 1% of trainers), Jakub has trained CEOs, athletes, and executives using a data-informed, deeply individualized approach. His credentials include certifications in NSCA-CPT, Precision Nutrition, and pre/postnatal performance, and he’s collaborated with medical teams to translate lab results into real-life action.
